Pop Ups and New Store Creative Support

Lead project management for retail pop-ups, managing critical paths from initial brief through design, procurement, installation, and post-launch review
Create and manage sourcing briefs for pop-ups and VM elements (props, signage, and mannequin, POS), liaising with suppliers and production teams to meet cost, quality, and timeline requirements
Provide support on new store sourcing and development: collate site/store requirements, source vendors and materials, support quotes, and manage approvals with Creative Director through to delivery
Coordinate cross-functionally (Retail Operations, Marketing, Creative/Design, Franchise, Finance, suppliers) to ensure seamless delivery and consistent brand standards
