We’re on the hunt for a passionate, style-savvy Style Leader (3IC) to join the Stylerunner Newmarket team and take the next step in their retail leadership journey.

About the Role:
As a Style Lead, you’ll support both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an elevated customer experience while building your skills as a future leader. You’ll take ownership of key areas in-store, lead by example, and step up when it counts.
This role is the perfect blend of hands-on retail and personal growth. If you're passionate about fashion, people, and performance — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Need:
Previous retail experience (supervisory or team leader roles a bonus)
A love for fashion, movement, and premium product
Confident communication and a team-first mindset
Drive to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment
Energy, adaptability, and a natural sense of style
Availability across key trading days (including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store and Assistant Manager with daily operations
Lead the team on the floor and deliver standout customer experiences
Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
Champion store culture and team energy
Coach and support new and casual team members
Step into leadership responsibilities when senior leaders are off-site
Maintain safety, compliance, and operational excellence
