About the Role

Full-time, four days per week (schedule varies week to week)
Must be available to work variable weekdays and one Saturday per month
5+ years in a dental reception role (CDA is an asset)
OpenDental experience is an asset, but not required.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate care for patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial procedures
Communicate surgical information and aftercare instructions clearly and empathetically
Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records
Support smooth clinic operations through effective collaboration with the surgical and administrative team
Who Should Apply

We’re seeking candidates who bring the following strengths:

Experience working in a dental office, ideally within a Specialty practice
Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with medical and dental terminology
Strong working knowledge of insurance billing procedures and preparing accurate treatment plan estimates
A professional patient-centred mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
