NOW HIRING: Controller - Remote Position

Monday-Friday | Full-time

Are you an experienced Controller? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team!

As a Controller, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of our operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and has experience with costing, labor contributions, and financial management, this position is for you!

Controller What You’ll Do:

Lead a team of two finance professionals, managing day-to-day operations in the finance office
Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy in aging totals, DSO, and credit risk levels
Supervise the customer onboarding process to ensure financial stability
Manage weekly and monthly financial closings, including all aspects of the annual financial review audit
Compile monthly financial reports and post GL adjustment entries
Audit internal batch postings for A/R and A/P, as well as inbound and outbound wires and credit transactions
Actively participate in management and leadership meetings, contributing to key decision-making processes
Controller What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior financial management role, preferably in assisted living or healthcare
Strong familiarity with costing, net yields, labor contribution, and financial reporting
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a small team
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in financial processes
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Controller Requirements:

Four-year related degree
Must be located in Los Angeles County
Experience in assisted living, healthcare, or related industries strongly preferred
Applicants will undergo E-Verify, drug testing, a background check, and a pre-employment physical
