Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee our healthcare recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the healthcare sector, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

This role involves managing a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring that we meet our clients' staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
• Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and organizations.

Candidate Sourcing : Oversee the sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Compliance and Reporting : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the recruitment process. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and team performance to senior management.
• Training and Development : Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment processes and challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and driving team performance.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
