Faces Consent is the UK's leading B2B and B2C platform for the aesthetics industry. We help thousands of practitioners manage bookings, consent forms, and prescription product orders—while giving clients access to a smarter, safer, and more seamless beauty experience.
The Role
We're scaling fast and need a Product Owner who lives in the detail—someone who can own the logic of our system, work closely with our developers and designers, and train the team to ship better, faster, and smarter product and features.
Your Responsibilities
• Daily dev & design feedback: Jump into standups, clarify tickets, flag logic gaps, and tighten UX edge cases.
• Own product logic: Audit and define how our bookings, consent, prescriptions, and client tools should work across edge cases.
• Write specs: with thorough analysis of competitors , user convenience and practicality. what goes where and why
• Fix flow friction: Spot issues before users do. Review FullStory recordings, support tickets, and customer feedback to improve conversion, usability, and clarity.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
• Have 7+ years in a Product Owner or PM role, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, multi-platform products , Booking systems pharmacy or complex UX systems
• Are a strong communicator who thrives in remote, async teams. Self-motivated
• Skills in project management
• Have a sharp eye for logic, structure, and product flow—you think like an engineer and write like a teacher
Bonus Points If You:
• Have worked in healthtech, Booking systems or Marketplace
• Understand aesthetics, pharmacy workflows, or Booking systems
• Have built customer-facing portals, admin dashboards, or AI-assisted tools
