Sales & Design Consultant

The Sales & Design Consultant is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Luminaire Authentik clients. They will provide exceptional service, add value to every interaction, and address all customer inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail sales in-store and virtual consultations for residential clients
Deliver exceptional customer service
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of trends, designers, and the Luminaire Authentik product catalog
Contribute to achieving sales and performance objectives
Participate in and collaborate on Luminaire Authentik events
Master Luminaire Authentik tools and systems (ERP) and troubleshoot issues as needed
Maintain the boutique space according to visual presentation and merchandising standards
Prepare quotations
Follow up with clients regarding sales and/or quotations
REQUIREMENTS

College or university degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales representative, interior stylist/designer, or other relevant design-related experience
Proven experience building trusted relationships and advising clients
Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop skills are considered an asset
SKILLS

Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong customer-service mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service
SCHEDULE

Part-time schedule; availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required. One additional weekday will be determined based on operational needs.

COMPENSATION

An additional 2% commission on closed and completed sales will be added to the hourly wage.
