Your Role: Optical Dispensing Manager | Salary $78K - $80K plus Super.
This is a role that blends optical dispensing expertise with retail leadership. You’ll lead the team to deliver exceptional clinical and retail outcomes while ensuring a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer care and meet KPIs
Provide expert optical dispensing services including lens selection, fitting, and adjustments
Assist customers with frame styling and eyewear recommendations
Oversee daily operations: rostering, inventory, stock control, and merchandising
Ensure compliance with optical standards and company policies
Foster a culture of learning, fashion-forward service, and customer connection
Collaborate with Area Managers and Head Office to align on training, marketing, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in optical dispensing at lease 1-2 years (essential)
A strong sense of style and passion for customer service
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
High attention to detail in both fashion and clinical duties
Optical Dispensing qualification (Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing) or equivalent
Availability to work weekends and peak trade periods
Passionate about eyewear, fashion, and health care
