We are seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing fashion collections that resonate with our brand’s aesthetic and market needs. This role requires a deep understanding of fashion trends, a keen eye for color and design, and a passion for crafting unique apparel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop original designs, sketches, and concepts for seasonal collections.
• Conduct market research to identify current and future fashion trends.
• Select fabrics, colors, and patterns that align with design concepts.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine ideas and finalize collections.
• Oversee sample creation and participate in fittings to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Present final designs to management and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and fashion techniques.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fashion design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and pattern-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion and design.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.
• Experience with fashion forecasting and trend analysis.
• Understanding of different global fashion markets.
