Clinical Exercise Physiologist

New Viva MD weight loss is searching for a part-time/full-time motivated and energetic nutritionist to join our exceptional and devoted team members in providing the highest quality wellness and weight loss services to our community at large. In this position, the nutritionist will provide patients with professional advice on implementing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a specialist in food and nutrition, our clients will depend on you to guide them toward better eating and exercise habits. This position could be part-time or full-time and will require flexibility in schedule but will work between 16 - 20 hours each week.

We follow a VLCD/ Meal replacement diet and are looking for RD ,Nutritionist, Coaches who can follow the protocols.

The duties in this position will include evaluating patient needs, facilitating specific meal plans, developing goals, and providing advice on staying healthy. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.

Nutritionist responsibilities include:

Meet with patients and identify dietary needs.
Implement personalized nutrition/weight loss plans for patients.
Discuss and dispense medical meal replacement products
Offer advice on staying healthy and provide support and motivation to help patients with their progress.
Help establish short and long-term goals.
Work closely with our healthcare team
Requirements:

Exercise physiologist ,Masters in Nutrition ,Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Science, Health coaching, or relevant field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A critical thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge with counseling patients with diabetes, hypertension and other chronic diseases
MUST live in the USA and have a Nutrition degree in the USA.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
