As we continue to grow and enhance our services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to oversee our daily operations and lead our clinical team.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Director will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of our clinical operations. This includes overseeing day-to-day activities, managing employee schedules, addressing any operational issues, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a strong background in clinical management and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily operations of urgent care, primary care, and wellness services, both in-person and mobile.

- Staff Management: Develop, implement, and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and addressing any staffing issues. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical staff.

- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate clinical practices to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Implement quality improvement initiatives and address any performance concerns.

- Patient Care: Ensure that all patient care activities meet Brisk Health’s standards of quality and compassion. Address patient concerns and feedback effectively and promptly.

- Compliance: Ensure that all clinical operations adhere to relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare providers, administrative staff, and management to coordinate care and optimize operational efficiency.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on clinical operations, staff performance, and patient outcomes to senior management.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Experience in urgent care or primary care settings is highly desirable.

- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage staff, handle complex operational issues, and maintain high standards of patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
