What youll be doing:
• Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
• Respecting residents rights of choice, privacy and dignity
• Support residents with personal care and mealtimes.
• Working as part of a team to identify residents unique goals and implement personalised care plans.
• Working flexibly to help residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment.

At Bickerton House, we treat every person we care for with dignity and respect. We create life story books full of information about their life and family, their hobbies and preferences no detail will be too small. When we understand their likes and dislikes and how they like to spend their day, we will create care and lifestyle plans unique to them.
