What youll be doing:
Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
Respecting residents rights of choice, privacy and dignity
Support residents with personal care and mealtimes.
Working as part of a team to identify residents unique goals and implement personalised care plans.
Working flexibly to help residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment.

Clara Court is a modern and welcoming care home with a team thats dedicated to providing personalised residential care.
Our team offers specialist expertise in supporting individuals who have Alzheimers disease or other forms of dementia. We get to know every resident as an individual, so that we can provide care that is truly tailored to their needs. Each resident has their own personalised care plan, as well as a life history book which helps us to understand and appreciate their lifetime experiences.
