As our operations expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to take charge of our cold/Dry storage operations.
• Role Overview:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our storage facility. You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, efficient dispatches, and high hygiene and temperature compliance across all warehouse functions.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Monitor stock movement, inventory levels, and minimize wastage
• Ensure compliance with cold chain SOPs and quality standards
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–4 years of experience in warehouse management (preferably in cold chain or FMCG/Horeca)
• Strong team leadership and organizational skills
• Hands-on knowledge of inventory control and dispatch operations
• Familiarity with WMS or ERP tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
