Salary - 4-7 Lpa
Experience Required - 4+ years
Warehouse Manager Responsibilities
Receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Manage all warehouse manpower as per requirement ( approx 100 + Manpower)
Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Ensuring the safety of staff.
Motivating and disciplining staff.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Hire, motivate, train and sustain a high-performance Warehouse team
Prepares SOPs and ensures adherence for fulfillment processes
Liaise with Costumer and vendors
Manage & supervise the day-to-day activities of the team members to ensure seamless functioning
Manage Warehouse processes in line with required guidelines
Ensure seamless operations in the Warehouse to meet requirements from Production and Quality
Set goals, motivate and drive performance of team members.
