• Hiring for Warehouse Manager (Male)
• (one for our Mayapuri Location and one for Mansaover Garden / Kirti Nagar Location)
• Warehouse Manager Experience: 4 to 10 years
• Salary Range: 40,000/- to 70,000/- monthly net salary (Additional Financial Benefit: Yearly Bonus)
• This is a leadership role and in this role the person has to take care of the entire warehouse operations, inventory, labors etc. Only smart, energetic and bold
• Male candidates are required.
• Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, tools and equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping / logistics methods

Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations

Supervise and review daily warehouse / stockyards activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, layouts, logistics, floor performance, shipping, manpower requirement and customer service

Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize laggings

Inspect all the stocks of natural stones, equipment, tools, chemicals etc. and oversee general maintenance when necessary

Responsibility of transportation (receiving and dispatch), safe handling, polishing, measurement and sampling of natural stones

Maintain Stock records either in a Register or on a computer as per the company’s system

Regularly meeting the Management Head to analyze performance and develop actionable plans for loss prevention

Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of products
• Required skills and qualifications

Graduation from any stream

Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role

Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies

Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff

Ability to efficiently manage blue-collar staffs for timely and successful operations.
