We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing storage space, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse facility.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries, preparing shipping documentation, and tracking shipments.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory and shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and warehouse activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in warehouse operations.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
