THE OPPORTUNITY

The Warehouse Documentation Officer’s purpose is to manage the pre and post containing loading documentation. This position is essential in ensuring accuracy and timely completion of the entire warehouse loadout process.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Check loadout plan for next day and prepare loadout documents with assistance of Warehouse Administrator
Validate the container numbers onsite to the exact sales orders
Collect all container loadout photographs for verification and escalate if anything is missing immediately before the container is sealed
Close the sales order in the system and post the sales order
Verify the parking list after posting the sales order & if there is any variance with the system & actual loadout, escalate immediately
Prepare MTC & Halal certificates
Load all documents & photographs into BSM (relevant system)
Upload container data into cargowise (relevant system)
Validate RFP
Adhoc warehouse administration duties as required

ABOUT YOU

1-3 years' experience in export documentation handling
Demonstrated exposure in an FMCG environment preferred
Previous experience within a coldstores and/or logistics environment would be highly regarded.
Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
Advanced Excel skills
Competent data entry skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook & Word
Team player with organizational skills to prioritise multiple tasks to achieve deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, displaying flexibly to meet changing needs, priorities, and deadlines
A team player who builds effective internal relationships
Police check will be required as part of the recruitment process (KGF to organise)
