Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmacy (D-Pharma or B-Pharma) or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Freshers with the right qualifications are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and store pharmaceutical products and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehousing and inventory management.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B-Pharma) preferred.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse or pharmacy is an advantage.
• Freshers with the right educational background are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent communication skills.
