Position Title: Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling and Packing:
Pack materials and products according to specified guidelines to ensure safe and secure transportation.
Verify items against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
Shipment Creation and Delivery:
Create shipment documents and prepare packages for dispatch.
Coordinate with courier services or delivery partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Assist in loading and unloading of materials as needed.
Material Pickup:
Pickup materials and products from various locations as assigned.
Ensure accurate documentation and safe transport of materials to the warehouse or designated location.
Follow schedules and routes efficiently to meet deadlines.
Inventory Support:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Organize warehouse spaces to optimize efficiency and accessibility.
Bike Use and Safety:
Use a personal or company-provided bike to carry out deliveries and pickups.
Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines while transporting materials.
Ensure proper maintenance of the bike to avoid disruptions in work.
General Support:
Assist warehouse staff in day-to-day operations as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Provide support for any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or packing role is preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [specify weight, e.g., 20-25 kg]).
Valid driver’s license and ownership of a bike (mandatory).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and shipment documentation is a plus.
Work Environment:

On-site role requiring physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Regular travel to various locations for material pickups and deliveries.
Adherence to safety protocols and use of protective equipment as required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
