The Opportunity
The key objective for TST is to gather all site-information, specify the right products, create the drawings and calculations in a timely manner and make preparations/take ownership for (larger) projects (install instructions etc). The Technical Services Team position has both field based and desk-based elements to the role.

In this role, you will:

Conduct accurate customer site surveys
Using the survey information, produce optimum solutions proposals and Technical Specifications utilising the A-SAFE product range to suit the application within the compliance of PAS13.
Produce drawings and Technical Specifications from the site survey using CXP or producing CAD overlays to drawing files provided by the customer.
Liaise with the client throughout this process with any revisions to requirements being actioned in collaboration with the salesperson.
Liaise closely with both the Sales Development Executives (SDE’s), Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Regional Account Managers (RAM’s) and the Back office/Install department.
Customer POC throughout the Survey > Quote process and during installation.
Implement variation orders as required.
Collate relevant information pertinent to the Installation environment.
Inputting data into the company’s CRM & ERP system.
Actively participate in internal and external meetings where attendance is required.
Salary for role - 70,000-85,000 AUD
