About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Café All-Rounder with solid cooking skills who's also happy to jump in front-of-house or behind the coffee machine when needed. This is a casual role with variety - one day you might be prepping meals in the kitchen, the next you're crafting coffees or serving our wonderful residents and visitors.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing and serving simple meals and cabinet food.
Making great coffee and other beverages.
Taking food and drink orders from residents, visitors, and staff.
Operating the till and handling transactions.
Keeping the café and kitchen areas clean and tidy.
Pitching in with general kitchen duties as needed.
About You

You're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in your day. You're just as comfortable behind the grill as you are behind the espresso machine, and you love making people feel welcome.

You'll bring:

Experience in a commercial kitchen or café environment.
Confidence in basic food prep and cooking.
Barista skills - ideally with experience in a busy café.
A friendly, professional manner and great communication skills.
A can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
A Food Handling Certificate (a bonus, but not essential).
