About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Warehouse/Stores Team Leader to join our Parts and Distribution team at KOR in Dandenong South. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, takes pride in their work, and is eager to take the next step in their career as a Team Leader. The role will report to the Parts & Distributions Centre Manager and have 3x direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations, delegating tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders with efficiency
Safely operate forklifts and manage goods with care
Assist in receiving stock, processing returns, and coordinating customer pickups
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures at all times
The sucessful candidate will possess:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer queries
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
A collaborative, supportive leadership style, contributing to a positive team environment
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience with inventory management systems, a high-reach forklift license (preferred), and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM/ERP systems (desirable)
