About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

2. Create and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.

3. Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and match them with job requirements.

4. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' interests, skills, and cultural fit.

5. Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate logistics with interviewers and hiring managers.

6. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.

7. Maintain and update candidate databases and the applicant tracking system (ATS).

8. Generate reports and assist in data analysis related to recruitment activities.

+. Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by participating in employer branding initiatives.

10. Assist in creating engaging job postings and social media content.

Stipend:
INR ₹ 15,000-18,000 /month
