Job Description:

MolQ Laboratory is looking for a motivated and skilled HR Recruiter/HR Executive to help us grow by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will be a proactive recruiter with strong networking skills, an understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s culture, values, and staffing needs.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment events.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
• Interviewing & Selection
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide feedback to candidates and guide them through the selection process.
• Collaboration & Process Management
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment marketing activities.

Requirements:
• 2–7 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter/HR Executive or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and other HR software tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
