Store and Logistics Executive

Store and logistics management experience of 2 years plus. Experience with fmcg preferred.

· Receiving of various materials and verification of materials received with reference to Delivery Challans (DC s) and Purchase Order (POs)

· Preparation of 'Good Receipt Note' (GRN) on daily basis for all Direct and Indirect material received and circulating the copy of information to Purchase department and Finance department concerned

· Issuing of materials from all stocks to various departments on Material Issue Slips duly approved by competent authority

· Vendor management, co-ordination with vendors for shipment clearance status, updates, entries and bills.Preparing pre shipment & post shipment documents.

· Daily updates to internal department, bills processing etc.

· Experience in handling domestic logistics and analysis.

· MIS reports monthly, quarterly with good knowledge in MS office, Logistics planning and reporting.

· Logistics coordination responsible for facilitating the movement of supplies and products.

· Ensuring Orders are processed in timely manner.

Co-ordination with internal as well as external teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
