Role: Staff Nurse – 4 no

Key Deliverables
• Attend the patient's requirements with a smiling face and do the needful.
• Taking care of and preparing medical records
• Assess the needs of the patients in the ward and make nursing care plan for all patients.
• Take over the charge from duty nurse of previous shift
• Fulfill all basic needs
• Have basic knowledge of the diagnosis of patient and implementation of Nursing care plan.
• Have adequate knowledge of admission & discharge
• Effectively assist activities of daily
• Must follow the structured handover procedure while receive / Discharge of patient.
• Provides pre-operative & post-operative care as per hospital; policy
• Prepare patients for Labour ward and OT
• Must adhere to hospital policies
• Have to abide to any other assigned jobs time to time by be superiors

Qualifications Required

· Female

· Bsc nursing/GNM/ANM/Diploma in nursing

· Fresher/Experience

· 23 – 35 yrs
