Staff Nurse

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing clinical tasks, and supporting patients' recovery. • Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently, providing appropriate care and support.
• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an associate degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of practice.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or in a similar nursing role.
• Skills:
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
