A Leading IT services company is looking for Senior Resource Management Professional.

Some of the Key responsibilities include

- Responsible for Resource fulfilment and managing operational efficiencies within a given Vertical / Service Line.

- Partner with Business for Resource forecasting, Review of demands in line with overall revenue growth of the unit

- Strategize, Implement and track resource fulfilment within the group

- Build Hiring and Training plan training based on the roll off and bench

- Track and Monitor Utilization. Suggest and implement plans for improvement of utilization

- Govern bench & implement measures to be at the optimal number

- Tracking of Unbilled / Buffer resources

- Collaborate with vertical / service line leadership and all enabling functions

- Build and manage high performing team

Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years experience in Resource Management Group

- Excellent understanding of the various business levers

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong data orientation

- Should have handled large teams

Role will be based in Noida
