What qualities are we looking for

Skill - Good hold over Dagger/Hilt DI framework.

Proficient in Kotlin Co-routine concept
Experience developing Android applications
Any specialisation in location, sensors like gyroscopes and accelerometers, Bluetooth beacons etc would be preferred
Expertise with Google Maps SDK integration
Preferably from a CS background, with a focus on data structures, algorithms, and problem solving skills.
Work with product and UX teams to design, build and extend the DE app capabilities.
Excellent command over Android apps development, Native SDKs, and third-party SDKs.
Proficiency in general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Strong understanding of build tools, focus on unit tests, functional and compatibility tests.
A knack for benchmarking, performance monitoring and optimisation.
Good understanding about Push notification services.
Experience of shipping apps to Google Play Store.
Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and knowledge of ES6 is a plus.
Focus on code hygiene - with experience on linting, unit tests, CICD pipelines and benchmarking.
Good verbal, presentation and writing skills to articulate ideas and thoughts.
Have worked with webviews, session management, security fundamentals, app versioning, metrics and integrating third-party SDKs.
