High Standards of Clinical Care: Utilise evidence-based practice to deliver top-tier care. Coordinate with the care team to ensure all support aligns with the client's needs and complies with DVA Community Nursing, Australian Aged Care Standards, and company policies.
Continuous Assessment: Regularly evaluate and update care plans to reflect changes in the client's condition, ensuring a dignified and respectful approach.
Leadership and Coordination: Work closely with the Clinical Officer/Coordinator and other team members to provide a unified approach to care. Be prepared to step in for the Clinical Officer/Coordinator when necessary.
Ethical Practice: Adhere to legal obligations, AHPRA regulations, and privacy legislation to maintain the highest standards of ethical nursing care.
