In this role, you will manage existing clients and bring new ones on board. While INSELEC Group has a national footprint, you will be responsible for a designated region. Your success will hinge on your ability to identify and convert new projects and clients, while delivering high-quality recruitment services to our current clients.

Our lucrative commission structure allows Recruitment Consultants to build a business within a business, aligning with our business strategy and operational management framework.

What the role will look, feel, and sound like:
Being on-site in the morning to service new and existing clients and ensure delivery
Making sales calls to drive growth as part of our strategic plan
Searching for the best electricians for your clients' projects
Building electrical talent pools for upcoming jobs
Reconnecting and building relationships with hundreds of former INSELEC Group clients
Traveling to see interstate clients.
Acting as a senior team member and coaching other Consultants
Learning and utilizing our effective systems, processes, and technology to work smart and hard
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person who wants to join an ambitious team and make FY24-25 a great year. We anticipate significant growth over the next 12-24 months and need you to help make it happen. The OTE for this role is above $130k.
