Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in the plumbing field
Comprehensive understanding of residential plumbing systems and California building codes
Experience in system removal and installation
Proficiency in routine maintenance procedures
Ability to train and mentor junior technicians
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proven in-field sales experience
Expertise in equipment management
Proficient in pipe and duct system installation
Advanced technical knowledge, including:
Interpretation of wiring diagrams
Understanding refrigeration cycles
Analyzing technical data (pressure/temperature)
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field service visits for appliance repair and property maintenance
Drive company van to various locations for equipment repair and maintenance
Adhere to safety protocols and communicate effectively with customers for exceptional service
