Part time Warehouse Admin

Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced part time warehouse administrative assistant.

Role

Booking in Drivers for incoming deliveries.

Responsible for data entry from all in coming shipments.

Recording and checking stock inventory.

Processing Receipts and Orders.

Creates warehouse tags for pallets, cartons, pieces recieved into the depot.

Uploads clear pick lists for customer orders and updates database on any stock going out bound.

Accurately documents any exceptions to the receipt of products .

Updates pallet locations within the warehouse.

Checking on Legal processes and updating as required.

And all duties within the warehouse as required.
