• Machine operating experience (Mandatory skill) ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of production equipment for optimal performance.
• Target achieve for production (Mandatory skill) with a track record of meeting and exceeding production goals efficiently.
• Electrical maintenance including (Mandatory skill) focusing on the upkeep and repair of electrical systems for reliable workplace operations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively relay information and collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Decision-making abilities to assess situations quickly and make informed choices contributing to production success.
• Attention to detail in monitoring operations, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Solid technical skills for understanding complex production machinery and addressing technical issues.
• Experience in managing entire production processes, ensuring workflows are efficient and all targets are aligned with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Operate machinery effectively, ensuring all production processes are streamlined and efficient.
• Supervise production teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality specifications.
• Implement and maintain electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with teams to plan, implement, and oversee production schedules that maximize resource utilization.
• Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes for increased efficiency.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and standard operating procedures are adhered to by all team members.
• Report and document any production issues, leading troubleshooting efforts to minimize impacts on operations.
• Build a motivated, high-performing production team through effective leadership and communication.
