Job description
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and monitoring vital signs.
• Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide direct care for patients, including assisting with activities of daily living, wound care, and pain management.
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures, and respond to abnormal results appropriately.
• Manage and coordinate patient care, ensuring that all medical and nursing interventions are timely and effective.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Provide guidance on medication management, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention.
