Full job description
We are seeking a Baby Centre Manager. You must be qualified to a minimum of a level 3 nursery practitioner qualification to apply and also have senior experience within a Baby room i.e Baby Room Leader.

Our Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ nursery has five age appropriate rooms enabling the children to grow and develop at their own pace. We have a fully equipped garden, smart board and our very own soft play, all of which the children enjoy daily alongside role play, lots of messy play and much more.

The ideal candidate will have:

Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent
Senior Nursery Experience
Previous experience of working with children aged 3 – 5 years is desired
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
Have a passion for working with children and making a difference
Some responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting team of staff, ensuring they deliver excellent care to the children.
Ensuring the environment provides constant engaging activities for the children
Maintaining full responsibility for Pre-school following the EYFS curriculum
Being a key worker to a group of children, supporting with the development and care
Keeping up to date records for all children and supporting other staff with paperwork
Supporting children with SEN and working with the SENDCO coordinator to ensure the children’s support plans are followed, supporting their development
Following the nurseries policies and procedures
