Looking for Multi Trade Carpenters who enjoy delivering a valued service to our customers. You'll be part of an established and friendly direct trades team working within residential properties in the Stratford area.

The Multi Trade Carpenter role:

response contract swan newham (sanctuary)

40 hrs week 8-5 monday friday (must be on job by 8am)

£36k starting

NO on call on these contracts just standard hours

saturday are optional at 1x5 after probation and at ops man discretion

work area east london E3/4 Romford, southend and colchester are at edge of area

fleet policy ALL new starters have to pass a drug and alcohol test on the first day.

company van and fuel card

must provide own smart phone for PDA and other apps but will be compensated £20 per month

must provide own tools

clean licence - if ever had a ban must be spence (over 10 years old)

must pass a regular drug and alcohol test - will happen on day 1

Ideal person with a carpentry or plumbing background with good all round knowledge on other trades

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?
• Previous experience as a Multi Trade undertaking first and second fix installation works, preferably in the domestic setting.
• Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Carpenter role.
