Multi Skilled Operative

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Operative with MPS, you will have involvement with larger jobs like bathroom and kitchen fittings as well as smaller, reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties.

You will work from job to job on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Extensive on-the-job experience in multiple trades such as glazing, UPVC & locks, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and carpentry.
Hold a full UK driving license.
Have your own tools.
Be a great team player and possess the ability to work under your own initiative.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
IT literate for PDA use.
Ideal trade qualification, especially if you don't have much firsthand experience.
