Job Description
The Membership Coordinator role is often the first point of membership contact, assisting with membership enquiries, addressing member concerns and processing new membership applications.

The position will operate within a high-volume environment and will be required to provide high quality customer service.

The Membership Coordinator plays a critical role in driving customer- centricity, promoting a positive brand reputation, and contributing to the organisation's growth and success.

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to meet the following selection criteria and demonstrate how you meet these in a covering letter:

Selection Criteria

Previous, recent administrative experience in a customer service role
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and also direct self with competing demands
Demonstrated high level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft suite
Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high volume and deadline driven environment, whilst maintaining a high standard of work
Please note: This is a temporary full-time position offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Located either in our Sydney or Canberra office.
