Master Plumber

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and construction, demonstrating expertise in both residential and commercial plumbing systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in various settings including residential and commercial properties.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Conduct construction estimating to assess project requirements and material needs.
Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks as required for installations or repairs.
Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary for transporting materials or equipment on-site.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide field service support for emergency plumbing issues as they arise.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Skills

Proficient in construction plumbing techniques with hands-on experience in the field.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems.
Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for effective installations.
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements.
Experience with carpentry is beneficial for remodeling projects involving plumbing work.
Previous experience in maintenance person services or general maintenance is advantageous.
