Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Manager- SCM & Operations (IT Business Partner) at QSS Global LLP. The role involves overseeing supply chain management, operations, and serving as a business partner to the IT department. Daily tasks include managing supply chain activities, optimizing operational processes, and bridging the gap between IT and business operations.
Qualifications
• SAP is mandatory
• Proven experience in supply chain management, operations, and IT business partnership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively cross-functionally
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and driving operational excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field
• Certifications in relevant areas such as supply chain or project management are a plus
