Having written a successful playbook for a profitable bootstrapped brand in a deeply funded ecosystem, Noise recently welcomed its first strategic investor, Bose Corporation, as part of a Series A round.

Your will be's:
• First Mile, Mid Mile,Last Mile and other Operations and SLAs for
both forward and reverse logistics.
• Analyse the TAT for delivery and RTO for COD and prepaid, make
strategies to reduce the TAT and RTOs.
• Minimise the TATfor the complete journey of after-sales, from
customer complaint to reverse pick up and later replacement issuance
to delivery of product.
• Manage external logistic partners and operation KPI along with
better cost and efficiency.
• Meet the competitive prices as per industry with vendors and
external partners.
• Manage LFR and GT reverse logistics, e-way bill and challan compliances.
• Manage a team of Ops Associate help them in daily operations and
task allocation and resolving the last mile/first mile complaints.
• Oversee Day to Day warehouse operation; Order to Dispatch and
replacement, Overselling, Inventory levels etc.
• Work on Warehouse automation in order to streamline process, need
to work on shopify, shiprocket, oms guru and work closely with tech
team for automation
• Manage Service centre partners for return and replacement of unit,
ensure partners follow troubleshoot SOP and ensure cost in place
• Manager Service Centre PNL and partner penalty

The Ideal Noisemaker:
• 8-10 years of experience in Logistics preferably in Consumer Electronics industry
• Must have worked in a startup
• Must have experience in Inventory management and reverse logistics
