Job Summary: OT helps organizations optimize their spend by partnering deeply with their Business & Procurement Teams. We are looking for someone who has deep expertise and passion for "HR services Procurement" to join our team as a Procurement Manager.

What you will do:
• Work with customers to understand their spend areas
• Partner with various Business teams to understand scope of work
• Engage in end-to-end sourcing - from business partnering RFP Preparation,supplier search to scouting quotations, negotiations and closer
• Actively involve in negotiation of the contract and price
• Understand various areas where customer may need help in the lifecycle of HR services procurement by engaging (consulting) and provide recommendations like a trusted-advisor

Who will be the right fit:
• 4-6 years Procurement Experience
• B.Tech/MBA from Tier-1 or 2 Institute
• Min. 3 of experience in HR Services Procurement
• Past exposure of working in a fast-paced environment is a must
