Job Description :

Manager - International Business Logistics (Specialty Chemicals) will be responsible for Imports Clearances in Europe and Onward Distribution within Europe. He/she will be responsible for Providing Focused Logistics Costs Reduction for Domestic and Exports sales of Specialty Chemicals business in Bloomchemag bv. The incumbent will play a key role in the conceptualizing and strengthening end-to-end supply chain solutions for our global suppliers and Customers in domestic and exports.

Candidate Profile

Following are the desired qualifications and attributes of the candidate:
A graduate in science discipline from a reputed institute;
An MBA from a reputed institute will be necessary;

Age: 30s
Experienced Supply Chain Professional with exposure. to International Trading and Logistics Experience in petrochemicals / specialty bulk chemicals /Chemicals industry;
Knowledge of Port infrastructure on the West coast of India and Europe for ISO tank bulk-liquids
Knowledge of carriers /vessels operating to-and-fro from Indian ports for ISOTANK BULK-LIQUIDS and contacts with all major shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHAs
Exposure to Europe Distribution.
Sharp Logistics and Finance Acumen Working knowledge of Costs Estimation, Cash Flow and Inventory Management, Forecasting/Annual Operating Plans;
A self starter and a team player, mature individual with strong values;
Excellent negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities :
Providing Focused Logistics Costs Reduction for Domestic and Exports sales of Specialty Chemicals business
Play the lead role in Exports /Imports shipments of our Specialty Chemicals in Bulk ISO Tank containerized sales
Liaise with Shipping lines to arrange Imports Clearances in Europe, matching our customers desired schedules thru most competitive bulk shipment contracts for Bulk ISO Tank Containerized Exports/Imports of our products Optimization of Demurrages/Detentions at Port
