Logistics Executive

Responsible
• Supply chain management: Managing the entire supply chain process, including procurement, manufacturing, and distribution
• Inventory management: Overseeing inventory management and accurate tracking and reporting
• Vendor relations: Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, and negotiating contracts and pricing
• Logistics performance metrics: Monitoring and analyzing logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Compliance: Complying with regulations regarding logistics and transportation
• Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics-related issues
• Logistics processes: Implementing and improving logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
