Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Dispatch Executive. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with assigning carriers and processing shipments, monitoring carrier performance, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments to customers. The Dispatch Executive will work closely with operations, customer service, and carriers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions Experience in dispatching, transportation or logistics Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills Responsible for carriers and monitoring the status of loads.
