Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Emerge Legal in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide guidance and support to employees and management.

Qualifications
• Experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
