Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This is an on-site role located in Ravongla, South Sikkim.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices

Experience in rajee acquisition, recruitment, employee retention, employee relations, and performance management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office

MBA in Human Resources Management

Local candidate from Sikkim will be preferred

Minimum 2 years experience preferably in Hospitality industry
