Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Admin to manage our trainers and their activities, as well as handle recruitment and communication with schools. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Trainer Management: Oversee the activities of trainers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
• School Communication: Maintain regular contact with schools to address their needs and coordinate activities involving trainers.
• Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and helping with onboarding new employees.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure that company policies are communicated to and followed by all trainers and staff.
• Conflict Resolution: Address any issues or conflicts that arise between trainers and schools, working to find amicable solutions.
• Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training sessions for new trainers and ongoing professional development for existing staff.
